We invested in state-of-the-art polyurethane reactive (PUR) edge banding machinery – the gold standard for professional finishes. This technology delivers superior bond strength and moisture protection, while creating an ultra-thin glue line for a flawless, seamless look ideal for healthcare environments, hospitality, and office interiors. Blending precision and versatility, we handle everything from 0.3mm PVC and ABS edging to robust 15mm solid timber lippings, and can even process panels up to 60mm thick. This gives us the capacity to produce everything from large-scale decorative panels to bespoke boardroom tables.
