Plywood is a resilient and versatile material that’s engineered to overcome the natural weaknesses of solid wood. Its strength lies in the ‘cross-graining’ of its layers, which makes it highly resistant to warping, splitting and shrinking. This construction also provides a high strength-to-weight ratio and consistent strength across all directions, making it perfectly suited for 5-axis CNC routing and to produce structural components.
