Strong, versatile and increasingly used as a feature material in its own right, plywood is well suited to a wide range of commercial furniture applications. Its layered construction provides excellent structural properties, while exposed edges can become an integral part of the design. We machine and finish plywood for everything from furniture components and seating to retail displays and complete bespoke products.
Few materials offer the natural character and quality of solid timber. We work with a wide range of species, including oak, walnut, ash and beech, machining and finishing solid timber in house for furniture, components and specialist applications. Our manufacturing experience allows us to account for the natural variation and movement of timber while achieving the accuracy, consistency and finish required for commercial production.
High pressure laminate combines durability with an almost limitless choice of colours, textures and finishes. Applied to a range of substrates, it provides a hard-wearing surface suitable for furniture used in demanding commercial environments. Our in-house laminating, CNC machining and edging capabilities allow us to manufacture everything from individual components to more complex joinery projects.
Natural veneers bring the warmth, character and individuality of real timber to commercial furniture, with a huge variety of species, grains and finishes available. From large feature panels, boardroom tables and cabinetry to complex shaped components, veneer can be selected and matched for the task in hand. With veneering, CNC machining and finishing capabilities in-house, we control the complete manufacturing process.
MDF and MFC are among the most versatile materials used in commercial furniture manufacture. Available in a huge range of specifications, finishes and colours, they provide practical and cost-effective solutions across everything from cabinetry and workspaces to retail displays and fitted furniture. With extensive in-house machining, edging, laminating and finishing capabilities, we can process sheet materials efficiently from one-off bespoke components through to volume production.
